1. Promoter

The Promoter is Lancini Retail Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 21 668 476 784), as manager of Joyner Central Shopping Centre, located at 29–31 Youngs Crossing Road, Joyner QLD 4500.​

 

2. Competition Period

• The competition runs from Monday 6 July 2026 to Sunday 9 August 2026.

• The winners will be drawn and announced on Monday 10 August 2026.

 

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.

• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Joyner Central, Lancini Property Group, Joyner Central retailers, and Joyner Central Coles may enter the competition but are not eligible to win any prize. If an ineligible entrant is selected as a winner, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the entry and conduct a redraw.​​

 

4. Prizes / Prize Details

• The following prizes are available to be won:

  • 1x $10,000 Gallivanter Travel Voucher 

  • 5x $2,000 Coles Gift Cards

• Total prize pool value: AUD $20,000 

• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

• Prizes must be accepted as awarded and no substitutions will be provided. 

• Any conditions relating to the use, redemption, expiry, or booking requirements of the Gallivanter Travel Voucherwill be determined by the voucher issuer and provided to the winner.

• Use of the Coles Gift Cards is subject to the issuer's terms and conditions, including any expiry dates, exclusions, or redemption requirements. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any inability to redeem a gift card in accordance with those terms.

 

5. Entry Mechanics

To enter, eligible participants must:

• VISIT the Joyner Central website to explore the Grand Opening celebration plans and access the competition entry form.

• COMPLETE the online entry form via Typeform.

• SUBMIT their entry during the Competition Period for their chance to win.

• Bonus Entry: Scan the QR code displayed onsite at Joyner Central on Saturday 8 August or Sunday 9 August 2026 to receive one (1) additional entry into the competition.​

• A maximum of one (1) bonus entry per person is permitted.

 

6. Entry Requirements

• Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.

• Entrants must provide a valid name, email address, and any other mandatory information requested on the entry form.

• Entries must be complete and submitted during the Competition Period.

• Duplicate, incomplete, false, or misleading entries may be disqualified.​​

 

7. Winner Selection / Judging Criteria

• Six (6) winners will be selected via random draw from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

• One (1) winner will receive the $10,000 Gallivanter Travel Voucher.

• Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) $2,000 Coles Gift Card.

• The draw will be conducted on Monday 10 August 2026 by the Promoter.

• Winners will be contacted using the email address provided in their entry.

If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the draw (by Monday 17 August 2026), the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.

 

8. Prize Availability / Redemption

• Prize collection arrangements will be made directly with each winner following eligibility verification.

• Winners will be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility.

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, or expired gift cards or vouchers once issued.

9. General Conditions

• Joyner Central Shopping Centre is located at 29 – 31 Youngs Crossing Road, Joyner QLD 4500.

• Participation in the competition is at the participant's own risk.

• To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with participation in the competition or acceptance and use of any prize, except where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and participant eligibility at any time and to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate conduct.

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend, or modify the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise, including but not limited to technical issues, system failures, prize availability issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, lost, late, incomplete, invalid, corrupted, or misdirected entries, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any prize once distributed, including where a prize, gift card, or voucher is lost, stolen, damaged, expired, or unable to be redeemed in accordance with the issuer's terms and conditions.

• All decisions made by the Promoter regarding eligibility, entries, winner selection, prize allocation, and conduct are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw if a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within the specified timeframe.

• Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming or using a prize, including travel bookings, taxes, insurance, or other expenses, are the responsibility of the winner unless expressly stated otherwise.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

 

10. Privacy

• Personal information may be collected as part of entering this competition for purposes including administering entries, verifying eligibility, conducting the prize draw, communicating with entrants and winners, and facilitating prize fulfilment.

• Where personal information is provided, it must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and will only be used for the purposes of administering and managing the competition, unless additional consent is provided by the participant.

• The Promoter may disclose personal information to third-party contractors or service providers where necessary to facilitate the competition, including entry management, winner verification, prize fulfilment, and marketing platform providers. Personal information will not be disclosed to unrelated third parties unless required or authorised by law.

• Participants who elect to receive marketing communications and/or subscribe to Joyner Central's e-newsletter consent to the Promoter using their personal information to provide updates, promotions, offers, event information, and other communications relating to Joyner Central and its retailers. Participants may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in communications or by contacting the Promoter directly.

• Choosing not to opt in to marketing communications will not affect a participant's eligibility to enter or win the competition.

• The Promoter may collect and use non-identifiable, aggregated data for internal reporting, analysis, and evaluation of the competition and related marketing activities.

• By entering the competition, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
